This geopark is located in Pubei County, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It covers 40 km2, and the 30 geosites cover 30.52 km2. It became a national geopark in 2011. The geopark has fascinating granite geomorphic landscapes with spheroidal weathering and erosion forming picturesque rocks, platforms, peaks, cliffs, walls, valleys, rock pools and depressions. It is typical of spheroidal weathering in the southern coastal transition zone. Its beautiful landform is different from that of Mount Huangshan and Huashan and is also different from the eroded granites in Laoshan and Sanya. This is an ideal place for studying weathering and ecology.
