This geopark is located in Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, and covers a total area of 928 km2. It became a global geopark in 200. It comprises three scenic districts, including Longhushan, Guifeng and Xiangshan. It is mainly composed of a Danxia landform with volcanic and tectonic landforms. The Danxia landform is representative and integrated with rich cultural elements, such as Taoist and Buddhist temples and cliff tombs. It is a comprehensive geopark with interesting history and culture in addition to the scenic environment.
