Landscape design is the design of a specific landscape for a particular site. Landscape design provides an overall plan and drawings that serve as guidance for the renovation activities that bring ecological, social, aesthetic, economic and other values to an area and the related ground features. The design includes two parts: the overall design and the specialized design. The overall design of a scenic site provides a comprehensive design for the division of functional areas or scenic areas, landscape concepts, scenic area settings, entrance and exit locations, garden road systems, the water system connecting rivers and lakes, plant layout, locations, sizes and shapes of buildings and structures, and the professional engineering pipeline system based on the requirements of the plan approved by competent departments or clients.
