Based on the natural attributes and utilization of land, decentralized land units can be summarized as a land system with a hierarchy of affiliations. Land types reflect the quality of the land and the types of development and utilization. Land type research is an important prerequisite and foundation of tourism planning and development. A land type in the general physical and geographical sense refers to a small-scale natural complex.
