This park is located in Guiyang County, Ganzhou City, in southeastern Hunan Province. The total area is 7.80 km2. It became a mining park in 2010 after being approved by the Ministry of Land and Resources. The ore body is a skarn-type copper-molybdenum tungsten polymetallic ore deposit. The park comprises six rare and important (primary and secondary) mining geological sites and 20 secondary sites. Underground mining began in 1997. The mines used both vertical and inclined shafts. The geological profiles of the 6th and 165th exploration lines in the western and central parts of the mining area signify the distribution of different types of deposits in the mining area.
