Huangshi National Mining Park, Hubei

This park is located in Huangshi City, Hubei Province. It covers a total area of 30 km2 and was approved as one of the first group of national mine parks in August 2005. It contains three mine geological relics, three mine production sites and two mining activity sites. There are eight landscapes: Oriental Sunrise Square, a mine exhibition centre, an underground exploration area, Stone Sea and Oasis, Millennial Apricot, Saint Mountain and Ancient Temple, Zhishan Misty Rain and Nine Dragons Cave.
