Zusammenfassung

Heutzutage ist der neu auftretende Kinderwunsch in der 5. Lebensdekade keine Seltenheit mehr. Dieser Beitrag soll einerseits die natürliche Fertilität jenseits des 40. Geburtstags beleuchten und andererseits einen Vorschlag für die evidenzbasierte Therapie bei diesen Paaren liefern.
