Definition
Comparative public management is an aspect of public administration that considers governmental activities in different socioeconomic, political, and cultural settings.
For the purposes of this study, systems connote a set of procedures or principles by which something is done. Thus, taken together, comparative public management systems entail methodology, methods, theoretical perspectives, and\or techniques by which comparative analysis in public management is and can be conducted.
