Benign myofibroblastic tumor with hyalinized collagenous stroma
Clinical Features
Incidence
Extra-mammary location of a myofibroblastoma is rare (about 160 cases have been reported in English literature).
Age
The age ranges from 30 to 85 years with a median age of 55 years.
Sex
Slight male predominance (65%).
Site
Initially described in the breast, it usually arises in the inguinal/groin region or along milk line. It is also observed in the abdominal wall, buttock, back, and vaginal wall. The tumor is usually found in the subcutis, but may be deeper. Localization of the tumor in male genital organs is very rare, but is described in the scrotal sac, spermatic cord, paratesticular region, prostate, and seminal vesicles.
Treatment
Local surgical excision is sufficient. The neoplasm does not appear to recur.

The prognosis of the disease is excellent. There is no evidence of any significant recurrence risk, even in the presence of...
