Abstract
The Internet is not regulated by a central authority, but instead by a plethora of institutions involving numerous stakeholders. Internet governance can be understood as a field that not only pertains to infrastructure regulation, but also to other legal questions such as copyright, hate speech, cyber-bulling, data protection, and others.
