Summer and winter camps are organised by the geopark authority during school holidays. The camping activities include classroom lectures, workshops, experiments, visits, surveys, fieldtrips and discussions, and they make use of the available facilities and resources of the geopark. The concepts of geoconservation, geopark, nature conservation, basic geology and geomorphology, and the ecological and cultural elements of the environment are covered. The geopark provides a safe, resource-rich, and friendly environment for such activities.
