A site plan of a tourism area is a plan that lists the requirements for all construction and engineering projects based on the regulatory plan. According to the Methods of Urban Plan Formulation issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, a site plan should include the following content: (1) analysis of construction conditions and an overall technological and economical evaluation; (2) the spatial layout of structures, roads and green areas, landscape design and the master plan; (3) a road traffic design; (4) a green area design; (5) an engineering pipeline design; (6) a vertical design (7) an estimate of the construction, demolition and total costs and an analysis of the investment benefit.
