Zusammenfassung

Hinter dem unspezifischen Symptom Hypoglykämie können sich völlig unterschiedliche endokrine Erkrankungen des Pankreas verbergen: Der kongenitale Hyperinsulinismus mit seinen drei unterschiedlichen histologischen Formen sowie endokrine Tumoren, d. h. Insulinome. Gastrinome und vereinzelt VIPome.
