FormalPara DefinitionDas Verteilungsvolumen (V) ist das Volumen, in dem sich die Prüfsubstanz verteilt, wenn man die fiktive Anfangskonzentration im Plasma zugrunde legt:
D: Dosis; y: fiktive Anfangskonzentration.
Das Verteilungsvolumen ist größer als das Gesamtkörpervolumen, wenn die Prüfsubstanz sich in Geweben anreichert.
