FormalPara Synthese – Verteilung – Abbau – EliminationDie Bioverfügbarkeit bei oraler Applikation beträgt 51 %. Im Urin werden 6 % einer Dosis unverändert ausgeschieden, 30 % in konjugierter Form.

FormalPara Funktion – PathophysiologieMorphin(derivate). Verstärkung der Sedierung und Atemdepression von zentral dämpfenden Arzneimitteln (z. B. Hypnotika, Phenothiazine, trizyklische Antidepressiva, zentral wirksame Analgetika) und Alkohol. Antagonist: Naloxon.

FormalPara AnalytikScreening: Opiat-Immunoassay (Urin).
Erhöhung der Nachweisempfindlichkeit durch Hydrolyse der Glucuron- und Sulfonsäure-Konjugate.
Als Bestätigungsanalyse: HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS.
FormalPara IndikationDer Nachweis wird durchgeführt bei Verdacht auf Drogenabusus.
FormalPara InterpretationTherapeutischer Bereich (S, P): 0,005–0,015 mg/L; toxisch: >0,1 mg/L; komatös/letal: >0,2 mg/L.
