Akutes Aortensyndrom mit Beteiligung der Aorta ascendens (Typ A)

Zusammenfassung

Unter dem Begriff akutes thorakales Aortensyndrom werden verschiedene, akute Erkrankungen der thorakalen Aorta mit ähnlicher klinischer Charakteristik zusammengefasst. Entsprechend handelt es sich um ein heterogenes Spektrum von akuten Krankheitsprozessen, die die Aorta in ihren verschiedenen Segmenten oder im gesamten Verlauf betreffen können. Dies umfasst neben der Aortendissektion u. a. das intramurale Hämatom (IMH) und das symptomatische penetrierende Aortenulkus (PAU).
