Anaerobic digestion:

Anaerobic digestion (AD) is a collection of processes by which microorganisms break down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen. The process is used for industrial or domestic purposes to manage waste or to produce fuels. Much of the fermentation used industrially to produce food and drink products involves anaerobic digestion, as does home fermentation.

Cultural ecosystem services:

Cultural ecosystem services are the nonmaterial benefits that people obtain from ecosystems through recreation, tourism, intellectual development, spiritual enrichment, reflection, and creative and aesthetic experiences.

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations is a specialized agency that leads international efforts for eradication of world hunger, food security, and food safety and provides agricultural technology. It has 197 member states.
