Introduction
Cheryl Rampage is a clinical psychologist and family therapist. Much of her career has been an academic one as teacher, supervisor, administrator, and author. Throughout she has also been a clinician providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Career
Dr. Rampage received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Loyola University of Chicago. She joined the faculty at the University of Houston-Clear Lake to teach in the master’s degree program in marriage and family therapy and ultimately was the Director of Training in Family Therapy as an Associate Professor of Behavioral Sciences. In 1989, she became the Director of Graduate Education at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, then the Senior Vice President for Programs and Academic Affairs, followed by Executive Vice President.
