Introduction

Since its foundation in 1979, The Australian and New Zealand Journal of Family Therapy (ANZJFT) has played a central role in the development of family therapy in Australia and New Zealand. The journal is a quarterly peer-reviewed professional journal that publishes relevant, innovative, and original articles on the theory, research, teaching, and practice of family therapy. The journal is overseen by an editorial board under the auspices of the Australian Association of Family Therapy and published by Wiley. The current Editor-in- Chief is Dr. Glenn Larner with the editorial team including Associate Editors Liz Forbat (research) and Kristof Mikes-Liu (in practice).
