Abstract

GeneJockeyII provides routines to open and display chromatogram files produced by ABI/Perkin Elmer automated sequencers. The first part of this chapter deals with the handling of this data; the second part deals with multiple alignment of sequencing fragments and the management of sequencing projects, and is equally applicable to sequence data obtained by manual sequencing or from another automatic sequencer.
