Abstract

SEQMAN is the contig assembly module of DNASTAR’s LASERGENE. SEQMAN provides a number of useful tools for simplifying the process of assembling data from a sequencing project; particularly in performing many of the tedious tasks of removing extraneous data from the sequence.
