Abstract
Sequence Navigator is a Macintosh software package from PE-Applied Biosystems designed for multiple alignment of DNA and Protein sequences. The graphical user interface is easy to use and allows the importation of text files as well as analysis files from Applied Biosystems automated sequencers (Models 310,373, and 377). If Applied Biosystems analysis files are used, the accompanying electropherograms may also be displayed and edited.
