Abstract
The criteria for validation applied to CE methods (1–3) are similar to those employed for other quantitative separative techniques, such as HPLC (4). The extent of tests applied will vary according to the nature of the application and the extent of intended usage. Generally, such aspects as accuracy, precision, reproducibility, linearity, robustness, and method of transfer are evaluated during validation.
