Abstract

As mentioned in the previous chapter, the provision of a rapid, simple assay for screening monoclonal antibodies is essential for their production. Although solid-phase binding assays are the method of choice (Chapter 30) a number of applications require visualization of antibody binding to cultured cells or tissue sections.
