Ecological Processes is a peer-reviewed open access journal published under the brand SpringerOpen. It is an international journal devoted to the publication of high quality peer-reviewed research, with coverage spanning all aspects of biological, chemical, physical, and hydrological processes of ecosystem and landscape dynamics across spatial and temporal scales. Certain issues highlight topics of current interest. The contents emphasize techniques, approaches, and concepts, including descriptive, comparative, experimental, mathematical, statistical, and interdisciplinary approaches, and more.
