Journal of Low-Temperature Physics would like to announce the retirement of Editor-in-Chief Paul Leiderer as of January 2024

This page is dedicated to the exceptional contributions of some of our referees that have reviewed for the Journal of Low Temperature Physics.

The Simon Memorial Prize, established in 1957, commemorates the outstanding contributions to science of Sir Francis Simon. The prize is an international prize with no restrictions on nationality. It is awarded for distinguished work in experimental or theoretical low temperature physics.

Jukka Pekola has been awarded the Simon Memorial Prize 2020 for his outstanding achievements in quantum thermodynamics, metrology and cryogenics based on nanoscale electronic devices.
