Abstract
The working reliability of ball mill directly affects the reliability of coal pulverizing system and even boiler unit. The correlative degree analysis and balanced adjacent degree are utilized to study basic boiler operation parameters with coal storage and kinematics of balls. Based on the physical model for operation parameters of power unit and ball motion, the results of Matlab and Origin show that the trajectory of milling balls varies with coal storage during the coal pulverizing process, and the impact energy of balls can be calculated. The relationship between coal storage and boiler load is better than primary air flow, secondary air flow and main steam pressure. Coal storage is more closely associated with load which reflects boiler efficiency than the other parameters. The approach provides the theoretical and experimental basis for a more convenient and effective control method of coal storage.
