Zusammenfassung
Historisches. Im Jahre 1926 beschrieben Goldberger und Lillie 1 das Auftreten einer charakteristischen Hauterkrankung (Dermatitis) bei Ratten, die mit vitamin B2-freier Nahrung gefüttert wurden. GYÖRGY2 erkannte, daß dieeigentliche Ursache dieser Avitaminose durch einen bisher unbekannten Faktor (Ratten-Antidermatitisfaktor oder Anti-Akrodynie-Rattenfaktor) bedingt war; er wurde als Vitamin B6 bezeichnet. 1938 gelang es mehreren Forschergruppen fast gleichzeitig und unabhängig voneinander, das reine krystallisierte Vitamin B6 zu isolieren 3-7 und, i Jahr später, es in seiner Konstitution aufzuklären und zu svnthetisieren 8-12.
