Abstract

The surgery of mitral valve disease associated with coronary artery pathology is still a difficult subject. The results of mitral valve replacement with simultaneous coronary artery grafting have generally been far from satisfactory both in terms of a high hospital mortality and long-term evolution [4, 8, 13].
