Zusammenfassung
Es ist das Verdienst von Sjaastad et al. (1983) mit der Beschreibung des sog. „zervikogenen“ Kopfschmerzes (s. Kapitel Pfaffenrath et al.: Der „zervikogene“ Kopfschmerz) ein bisher uneinheitliches Kopfschmerzsyndrom klinisch präzise definiert zu haben. Im folgenden sollen solche seitenkonstante Hemikranien bzw. Neuralgien und Kopfschmerzen mit überwiegend okzipitaler Lokalisation dargestellt werden, die in der Differentialdiagnose des „zervikogenen“ Kopfschmerz von Bedeutung sind.
