Zusammenfassung

Nach bisherigen Vorstellungen sind es v. a. humorale und zelluläre Immunreaktionen, die den Ablauf einer akuten Virushepatitis bestimmen Eine Fehlregulation dieses Abwehrsystems könnte eine der Ursachen für die Entwicklung eines chronischen Prozesses darstellen.
