Abstract

Man, 48 years old, entrepreneur, non-smoker, and overall healthy. One year ago, after the third intercontinental flight in a month, he experienced a syncope and was recovered in an emergency department. During the short permanence in the emergency room, a standard 12-lead ECG and a brain TC did not show any pathological signs. The patient refused to continue the test because he felt fine, but the BP at the admission was 182/96 mmHg and at the discharge 168/92 mmHg. Then he refused to take any kind of medicine and to be further visited.
