Abstract

A middle-aged man presented with itchy, hyperpigmented, and Infiltrated plaques on the abdomen. Associated symptoms included intermittent fever and weight loss. The distinctive histological features and immunohistochemistry revealed an extremely rare paraprotein deposition disorder.
