Multi-Valued and Universal Binary Neurons

Abstract

Different applications of MVN and MVN-based neural networks are presented in this Chapter. Models of the associative memory that are based on the different neural networks with MVN and are considered. A single-layered MVN based neural network for image recognition is considered. An approach to pattern recognition based on orthogonal spectra analysis is developed. The application of MVN for time series prediction is presented. Finally a super resolution problem is solved using prediction of the spectra on MVN and using the iterative preliminary approximation of the spectra, and its final approximation with multi-valued filters.
