Abstract

The observed stochastical disturbances occur frequently in temperature control systems composed of plate heat exchanger which is widely used in brewing industry. In reference to this disturbances the heat flow equivalent is widely introduced and the plate heat exchanger temperature computer control system with the real-time disturbance compensation is designed. Hereby the related control parameters are defected on-line and the incompletely differential PID is adopted as control algorithm. The results of computer emulations show clearly that the new designed method can completely compensate the real-time disturbances and has therefore higher applied value in chemical industry and light industry.

Zusammenfassung

Bei temperaturgeregelten Systemen von Plattenwärmetauschern, wie sie vielfach in Brauereien eingesetzt werden, treten häufig stochastische Störungen auf. Im Hinblick auf diese Störungen wird ein Wärmeflußäquivalent eingeführt und ein rechnergestütztes Temperatur-Regelsystem für Plattenwärmetauscher mit Echtzeikompensation der Abweichungen entwickelt. Dazu erfolgt on-line-Erfassung der zugeordneten Steuerparameter und Einsatz des unvollständigen PID-Differentials als Regelungsalgorithmus. Die Ergebnisse der Rechnersimulation zeigen deutlich, daß die neue Methode Echtzeitstörungen vollständig zu kompensieren vermag und daher von Bedeutung für die chemische Industrie sein dürfte.
