Abstract

The core of China’s economic transformation and upgrading during the 13th FYP period is industrial structural change. For one thing, industrialization has entered the late stage in which a general trend is marked by the accelerated development of service industry. For another, contradictions caused by irrational industrial structure have become ever manifest. In terms of service-oriented industry structure formed in 2020, the key is to propel the opening of market by breaking the monopoly as an essential point while making an effort to resolve the contradictions between policy and system during the opening of service industry.
