Abstract
China’s economic development has entered a new normal, as innovation-driven development strategy was prompted, and the campaign of mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become a new engine of economic development. Through the analysis of the policies, the chapter compared different situations in the campaign for manufacturing and services enterprises to boost innovation by choosing Haier Group and China Post Group as the research cases and finally, studied and summarized the characteristics of the campaign in China.
