Abstract
With the improvement of equipment reliability, Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) becomes more and more important to nuclear power plant safety. Meanwhile, fire is one of the most important risks in nuclear power plants. The key to the risk analysis under fire scenarios is accurately analyzing the impact of fire on human performance reliability. This paper focuses on human responses during fire in a nuclear power plant (NPP), the characteristics of which are analyzed, and a method of analyzing the human responses in case of fires is proffered here. The results in this paper can be used as a reference to HRA in Fire PSA.
