Abstract
The OECD Directorate for Education is an important actor in shaping the interpretation and use of PISA data. It co-ordinates the implementation and further development of the assessment, treats and analyses data and draws policy-related conclusions on this basis. Since the first publication of PISA results in 2001, it has produced a growing number of reports and other dissemination materials in relation to PISA.
