Abstract
It has been demonstrated that galaxy populations vary with the density of neighboring galaxies (Dressier, 1980) or the radius from the center of a galaxy cluster (Whitmore et al., 1993). The increase in the fraction of blue, star-forming cluster galaxies with redshift (Butcher & Oemler, 1978) has been well established as well. However, the physical mechanisms responsible for these effects are not fully understood yet.
