Abstract

The vast literature on techniques of X-ray interpretation confirms the difficulty of the subject, which comprises perception and interpretation of an abnormality. The pattern approach has many critics, and indeed, not all diagnostic problems can be solved with this approach simply because some findings may not be feasible to include within a specific pattern only. In this workshop, tips and tricks to increase diagnostic yield of chest X-rays are discussed.
