Le anomalie dell’apparato urogenitale presentano un’incidenza alla nascita dello 0,4% [1]. Esse sono diagnosticate mediante l’ecografia, piuttosto agevolmente, nel II trimestre di gravidanza, ma per l’evolutività di alcune lesioni è possibile un loro riscontro solo nel III trimestre.
