Few Body Problems in Muon Catalyzed Fusion

Abstract

Recent theoretical and experimental results in muon catalyzed fusion are reviewed from the viewpoint of intersections with few-body problems. Nuclear reactions in muonic molecules are considered as a selective probe of low energy nuclear interactions. Precision calculations of the bound and scattenng states in the Coulomb three-body system are discussed.
