Zusammenfassung
Der kulturelle Einfluss auf das soziale Denken und Verhalten wird vermittelt durch soziale Regeln und Normen. Ausgehend von einer gewissen Universalität findet man in der Forschung immer wieder kulturelle Unterschiede. Diese Unterschiede führen im interkulturellen Kontakt häufig zu einer negativen Wertung, Missverständnissen und Konflikten. Verhandeln, Konflikte lösen, Verhalten attribuieren, Hilfe leisten oder aggressives Verhalten sind Verhaltensweisen, in denen Unterschiede zum Tragen kommen.
