Zusammenfassung

Die Acne inversa, auch Hidradenitis suppurativa genannt, ist eine multifaktorielle, chronisch progrediente Entzündung der Terminalhaarfollikel in den intertriginösen Hautarealen. Die Erkrankung geht mit Abszessbildung, Fisteln und ausgeprägten Vernarbungen einher.

In diesem Kapitel werden zuerst die allgemeinen Aspekte der Acne inversa inguinalis erläutert, d.h. Definition, Epidemiologie, Pathogenese und Prädisposition. Dann folgt eine genaue Beschreibung der klinischen Faktoren, wie das klinische Erscheinungsbild, Komplikationen, Klassifikationen, Differenzialdiagnosen und Diagnostik. Daran schließt sich die Therapie mit stadienadaptierten chirurgischen sowie rekonstruktiven Verfahren an. Abschließend wird die postoperative Nachbehandlung beschrieben.
