Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden zuerst die Ätiologie der genitalen Amputationsverletzungen bezüglich Selbst- oder Fremdverstümmelung sowie die Anatomie von Penis und Skrotum erläutert. Danach erfolgt die Darstellung der Therapiemöglichkeiten mit Beschreibung von speziellen OP-Techniken, z.B. des Composite graft, der gedeckten freien Transplantation nach McRoberts, der mikrochirurgischen Replantation des genitalen Amputates sowie der mikrochirurgischen Hodenreplantation. Abschließend werden postoperative Maßnahmen und mögliche Komplikationen beschrieben.
