Zusammenfassung

Dieses Kapitel konzentriert sich auf peritoneale Metastasen des Magenkarzinoms. In den aktuellen deutschen Leitlinien zum Magenkarzinom wird die intraperitoneale Chemotherapie und hyperthermer intraperitonealer Chemoperfusion (HIPEC) bisher nicht außerhalb von Studien empfohlen. Die Leitlinien werden jedoch aktuell überarbeitet, und eine Änderung dieser Empfehlung in Zukunft ist möglich, da es immer mehr Erfahrungen mit Peritonektomie und HIPEC auch beim Magenkarzinom gibt.
