Zusammenfassung

Das Auftreten einer Peritonealkarzinose ist allgemein mit einer schlechten Prognose verknüpft. Obwohl einige Patienten auch relativ lange asymptomatisch bleiben können, manifestiert sich die Peritonealkarzinose im Verlauf mit typischen Symptomen: abdominelle Schmerzen, abdominelle Distension, Aszites, Gewichtsverlust, abdominale Resistenzen, Übelkeit, intestinale Obstruktion, u. a.
