Zusammenfassung

Die Diagnostik der Adipositas im Kindes- und Jugendalter umfasst drei Schritte, die bei allen adipösen Kindern durchgeführt werden sollten: die Bestimmung des Ausmaßes der Adipositas, den Ausschluss von ursächlichen Grunderkrankungen der Adipositas und die Erfassung der Folgeerkrankungen der Adipositas.
