Anästhesie bei Patienten mit koronarer Herzkrankheit (KHK)

Zusammenfassung

Die koronare Herzkrankheit (KHK) betrifft etwa 5–7 % der Bevölkerung westlicher Industrienationen und ist die Hauptursache perioperativer Todesfälle. Wesentliche perioperative Komplikationen bei KHK sind Myokardischämien, der Myokardinfarkt, eine akute Linksherzinsuffizienz, Herzrhythmusstörungen sowie der plötzliche postoperative Herztod. Eine medikamentöse Sympathikolyse mittels β-Blockern kann die perioperative kardiale Morbidität und Letalität kardiovaskulärer Hochrisikopatienten senken.
